We’ve seen the wonderful Fox Chapel estate in Pennsylvania ($3.7 million), the ski vacation home in Ketchum, Idaho ($4.916 million), the Georgetown home ($4.7 million), the Beacon Hill home ($6.9 million), the Italian estate sold to George Clooney just prior to entering the race ($7.8 million).

For August, our Kerry cozy home of the month is the $9.18 million waterfront retreat on Brant Point in Nantucket, Massachusetts.
Quite a nice little cottage.
